Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, budgets & timelines.
• Identifying resources needed for each project and assigning tasks accordingly.
• Monitoring progress & providing regular updates on projects.
• Managing risk by creating contingency plans and resolving any issues that arise.
• Ensuring all project objectives are met on time & within budget.
• Working closely with stakeholders & clients to ensure their expectations are met.
• Creating final reports & presentations for stakeholders & clients.
