Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Help prepare financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
