Job summary

The Night Auditor position in Doha, Qatar, offers an opportunity to manage financial operations during the overnight shift at a luxury hotel. You will conduct nightly audits, prepare daily reports, and balance guest payments while ensuring accuracy and security.

We seek an English-fluent candidate with a degree in Accounting or Finance, prior night-audit experience, strong Excel/QuickBooks skills, and the ability to work independently on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role is required
• Proficiency in Excel and financial management software
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions and ensure accuracy
• Prepare daily financial reports for management
• Balance and reconcile cash, credit card, and other forms of payments
• Verify guest charges and resolve any discrepancies
• Monitor and maintain the hotel's inventory levels
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues during the night
• Ensure safety and security by monitoring surveillance and performing rounds
