Job summary

JobLeader in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. You will assist the dentist during procedures, prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and help with radiographs as needed.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail‑oriented, and possess excellent communication. Prior dental office experience is preferred but on‑the‑job training is provided; a valid work permit for non‑Qatari applicants is required.

Qualifications

• The applicant must be a team player who is organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of oral anatomy and physiology and current dental industry practices.
• Previous experience in a dental office is preferred but on-the-job training will be provided.
• The applicant must have a valid work permit if they are from outside Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during all procedures, including patient preparation and sterilization of instruments.
• Providing chairside assistance during procedures and taking X-rays as needed.
• Performing administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and liaising with patients.
