Job summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant for our dental clinic in Doha. This role involves delivering routine and specialized dental care to patients of all ages and providing excellent customer service while following established protocols.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and CPR certification. The position offers a competitive salary of 1,300 QAR per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Dental assistant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping them neat and clean.
• Assist the dentist during treatment procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments before each use.
• Operate sterilization equipment according to regulations.
• Take X-rays of patients' teeth as instructed by the dentist.
• Record patient information in dental records accurately.
• Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Receive payment from patients and input it into the system correctly.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for patients as required.
• Restock inventory items as needed.
