Job summary

Ecojob is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate care to clients in Doha, Qatar. The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience with elderly or disabled individuals, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills.

The caregiver will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, ensure safety, and support medication routines while delivering empathetic, patient-centered care in a home or facility setting in Doha.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing care for elderly or disabled individuals.
• Must be patient and empathetic towards clients’ needs and feelings.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Must be fluent in English (verbal & written). Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, etc.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming needs.
• Monitor changes in the client’s physical or mental condition and report any concerns to the supervisor or family members.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed to protect the client.
• Ensure that medications are taken as prescribed by doctor and provide other general medical assistance as needed.
• Provide emotional support through active listening and companionship.
