Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
• Sort and stack clean dishes for efficient use and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including floors, counters and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to restaurant guidelines.
• Work efficiently to keep up with the fast-paced environment during peak hours.
