Job summary

Flyper in Al-Rayyan, Egypt is seeking a Dishwasher to keep our kitchen equipment clean and sanitized. You will wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes by hand or with industrial equipment, ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings. Accommodation is provided. No prior experience is required, but a basic understanding of food safety is helpful.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as dishwasher preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Egyptian nationality preferred but not required.
• Accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwasher area
• Sort and stack clean dishes for use in the kitchen
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure proper sanitationChange dishwashing water as needed
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking supplies in the kitchen
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Follow proper safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
