Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwasher area
• Sort and stack clean dishes for use in the kitchen
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure proper sanitationChange dishwashing water as needed
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking supplies in the kitchen
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Follow proper safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
