Job Description:

QatarEnergy LNG, a global leader in liquefied natural gas production, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic commercial team in Doha, Qatar. This role will play a vital part in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing various contracts in support of our expanding operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and international best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, draft, and review commercial contracts including procurement, services, and supply agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary inputs and approvals.
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors and partners to protect company interests.
• Maintain up-to-date contract templates and ensure compliance with Qatari law and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Monitor contract performance and facilitate amendments or extensions as required.
• Maintain accurate records of contract status and documentation using contract management software.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
• Master’s degree or legal qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, international procurement standards, and negotiation tactics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: QAR 18,000 – QAR 25,000 (depending on experience).
