Job summary

Burj Line Builders is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for its Digital Printing, Signage & Branding division in Qatar. You will develop new business, manage client relations, and drive quotations, negotiating terms to secure orders.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in digital printing, signage, or related industries, with a strong track record in lead generation and closing deals. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in digital printing, signage, advertising, branding, events, fabrication, or a related industry.
Proven ability to generate new customers and develop business opportunities.
Good understanding of digital printing, signage, branding, and advertising products.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, calls, and other sales activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Visit corporate clients, advertising agencies, event companies, contractors, retailers, and other potential customers to understand their requirements.
Promote the company's digital printing, signage, branding, fabrication, and related services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate printing or branding solutions.
Conduct site visits when required to assess project requirements and coordinate measurements/details.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up consistently on quotations, leads, and pending business opportunities.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the design, production, installation, and other relevant teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and delivered.
Follow up with customers throughout the order process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop repeat business and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
Maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
Monitor market conditions, customer requirements, and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.
Attend exhibitions, events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to generate new business.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
