Overview

Digital Designer (Indian Nationals Preferred)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing digital content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute digital designs for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital projects that align with our brand guidelines.
• Create engaging visual elements such as logos, icons, infographics, and animations to enhance the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design to continuously improve the quality of our digital content.
• Conduct research on competitors\' digital presence to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile devices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design or a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience designing for different platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
