Job Summary:
The DevOps Administrator will be responsible for managing, automating, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, deployment processes, cloud environments, and system operations. The role focuses on improving system reliability, automation, security, and collaboration between development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release management.
- Administer cloud infrastructure, servers, networks, and enterprise environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security compliance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
- Manage DevOps tools, version control systems, and deployment platforms.
- Implement and maintain containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Perform server administration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Manage Linux/Windows server environments and application hosting platforms.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and system availability.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and IT teams to improve deployment processes.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
- Support cybersecurity best practices and access management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting languages (Shell, Python, or similar).
- Understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure management.
- Experience with monitoring tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
