Job summary

Dcontracto in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Dermatologist to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of skin conditions. The role includes performing clinical exams, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing cosmetic dermatology procedures in line with guidelines.

You will prescribe medications, perform minor procedures, document encounters, and coordinate care with the healthcare team while educating patients on prevention and skincare options.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with completed Dermatology residency.

Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Doha, Qatar. The Dermatologist will assess patients with a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, perform clinical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical dermatologic issues such as acne and chronic skin diseases, as well as providing cosmetic dermatology procedures in line with clinical guidelines. The role involves prescribing medications, performing minor dermatologic procedures, documenting patient encounters, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The Dermatologist will also educate patients on prevention, skincare routines, and treatment options, while contributing to quality improvement and adherence to regulatory and safety standards within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with demonstrated ability to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of skin disorders.
• Clinical expertise in Acne and other common dermatologic conditions, including both acute and chronic cases.
• Skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, with experience in non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.
• Recognized medical degree (MD or equivalent), with completed residency or specialization in Dermatology and valid license/eligibility to practice in Qatar.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, meticulous clinical documentation, and adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, and culturally sensitive approach to patient care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
