Job summary

Role Description

The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical care for patients with a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions in an on‑site setting located in Doha, Qatar. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing physical examinations, diagnosing dermatological conditions, and creating individualized treatment plans. The role involves managing acute and chronic skin disorders, treating acne and other common conditions, and providing cosmetic dermatology services such as minimally invasive procedures, when indicated. The Dermatologist will collaborate with other medical professionals, maintain accurate medical records, ensure adherence to clinical protocols and QCHP regulations, and participate in patient education on skin health and preventive care. This is a full‑time, on‑site position requiring consistent availability during clinic hours and active participation in the center’s quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions.
• Clinical experience in Acne management, including evidence‑based treatment of mild to severe forms and associated skin disorders.
• Proficiency in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology procedures, with a focus on safe, patient‑centered aesthetic treatments.
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency or specialization in Dermatology; board certification or eligibility preferred.
• Valid license to practice, preferably QCHP registration or eligibility for licensing in Qatar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear patient education and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to evidence‑based clinical guidelines.
• Experience in a family health or outpatient clinical setting is an advantage; proficiency in electronic medical records is beneficial.
