Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a department on the shop floor, maximise sales, and minimise stock loss while delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves coaching staff and stepping in for the Department Manager during absences.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in retail, is commercially aware, and business-minded for daily operations.
