Qualifications

• Governance frameworks, policy drafting, and reporting requirements.
• Experience drafting policies, procedures, charters and governance reports.
• Engagement with business and technical stakeholders to document decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct governance discovery interviews and review governance artefacts.
• Support data-governance maturity assessments with evidence.
• Draft governance frameworks, policies, standards, and charters.
• Map client roles and develop RACI matrices for governance activities.
• Prepare workshop materials and facilitate governance discussions.
• Maintain registers for issues, decisions, actions, and dependencies.
• Document decisions and transfer tools to client personnel.
