The individual must be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. They must also have excellent problem solving skills and be able to think analytically to identify trends in the data. Additional responsibilities include:

• Developing effective methods for collecting, organizing and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Utilizing software programs such as Excel or SPSS for data analysis tasks.
• Performing statistical analysis on collected data sets in order to determine trends or patterns that can be used by the business for decision-making purposes.
• Working closely with other departments within the company in order to discuss their needs and explain the results of the analysis conducted on the data sets provided by them.
• Presenting complex information in an understandable way using charts or graphs when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field; advanced degrees preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar tasks within a corporate environment; experience working with international companies preferred but not required
