Job summary

Alftek in Doha seeks a Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist to design and deliver training programs and awareness content for client organizations. You will assess needs and tailor programs to different employee roles and departments.

The role involves creating simulation scenarios, researching threats, and tracking training metrics, with a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity (Master’s preferred) and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs.
• Create and update cybersecurity awareness/educational content.
• Assess training needs and evaluate current security awareness level.
• Develop customized training programs for different roles and departments.
• Develop simulation scenarios and practical exercises.
• Conduct research on emerging threats and technologies.
• Monitor and report training and development metrics.
