Job summary

BAE Systems in Doha, Qatar is seeking a skilled cybersecurity trainer for a 12‑month contract to design and deliver focused programs across the organization. You will create awareness content, assess needs, and tailor training for various roles and departments, while continuously updating material in response to feedback and evolving threats.

Responsibilities include developing simulations, conducting threat research, and reporting metrics to drive security maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in the Cyber Security field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering cybersecurity training programs.
• Creating and updating cyber security awareness/educational content.
• Assess the training needs and evaluate the current security awareness level of organizations.
• Develop customized training programs tailored to different employee roles and departments.
• Review and update programs based on feedback, emerging threats, or organizational needs.
• Develop Simulation Scenarios and Practical Exercises.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
