Job summary

Salary is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Pre-Sales Specialist to support end-to-end development of technical proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender submissions. The role focuses on analyzing customer requirements, preparing compliant technical documentation, and coordinating with internal SMEs and technology partners to deliver high-quality cybersecurity proposals.

You will analyze requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate with cybersecurity SMEs and vendors, and ensure on-time submission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, proposal writing, bid management, or security operations/GRC.
• Strong experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Good understanding of SOC, SIEM, IAM/PAM, GRC, DLP, EDR, and Network Security.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills in English.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or NCA/NIA cybersecurity standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), compliance matrices, and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity SMEs, solution architects, delivery teams, and vendors to gather technical inputs.

• Ensure proposal quality, accuracy, compliance, and on-time submission.
• Support solution scoping, BOQ preparation, and technical presentations when required.
