Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to oversee cybersecurity projects, acting as the main liaison between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders. The role ensures secure, on-time, within-scope delivery, aligned with cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities include managing VAPT engagements, planning, reporting, risk management, and compliance with frameworks. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing client-facing projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, VAPT methodologies, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee VAPT engagements, ensuring on-schedule delivery and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for clients during on-site and remote engagements, providing updates.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Assign and coordinate tasks among ethical hackers and testers; monitor progress against plans.
• Prepare and update statements of work, test plans, project reports and closure notes.
• Identify risks and issues; coordinate mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Ensure activities comply with cybersecurity standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate retesting and scope changes; monitor resource utilization and project performance.
