Job summary

Baladna Food Industries - Qatar seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Certification & QMS Specialist to manage and continuously improve the quality management system governing cybersecurity certification schemes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead internal audits, document control, CAPAs, and work with technical teams to strengthen governance, evaluation activities, and alignment with evolving industry frameworks.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT security and governance frameworks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implement, monitoring, improvement and maintenance of quality management system for the different schemes in NISCF.
• Ensure that internal processes comply with relevant national and international regulations.
• Review the quality of technical content and oversee documentation and record-keeping processes.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and reviews to verify compliance and identify improvements.
• Provide guidance on policies, standards, and procedures based on audit findings and evolving frameworks.
