Position Title : Montessori Teacher | Teach Abroad | Teaching Jobs in Qatar

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons that support the development of students in a hands-on, child-centered environment.
2. Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
3. Encourage students to explore their interests, develop independence, and take ownership of their learning.
4. Assess and track individual student progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet the needs of each child.
5. Create and maintain a well-organized and stimulating Montessori classroom environment.
6. Promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth through a variety of activities and experiences.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the development of each child.

Job Requirements :

• Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori setting.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and philosophy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Fully qualified and licensed educators only (as per the client's demand).
