Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Process all payment transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain an accurate record of all financial transactions.
• Balance the cash register daily by recording the amount of cash received or paid out during each shift.
• Count money received at the beginning or end of each shift as needed.
• Ensure that the store remains safe and organized by following safety protocols.
• Handle customer complaints or refer them to a manager as appropriate.
