The Cultural Arts Marketing Manager will lead the planning and implementation of global marketing campaigns, driving brand visibility, audience growth, and strategic partnerships. This role combines analytical thinking with creative leadership to promote this business’s core values and cultural relevance.

Cultural Arts Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for cultural events in alignment with business and brand goals.
  • Oversee digital and offline marketing activities including media planning, paid campaigns, newsletters, social media, and PR coordination.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and creative vendors.
  • Analyze marketing performance and audience data to refine strategies and report on KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Communications, VIP, Sponsorship, Content) to align messaging and campaign rollout.
  • Ensure campaigns are tailored to diverse international audiences and regional market dynamics.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and media kits.
  • Stay informed about global marketing trends and best practices within the arts and luxury sectors.
Marketing Manager Profile Requirements
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally within the cultural, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong grasp of digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation) and content strategy.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; French or German an advantage.
