Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers on our cruise line, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will also assist with booking reservations, managing ticket sales, and maintaining accurate records of passenger information.
