Job summary

Aramex in Doha seeks a Credit Manager to oversee credit rating policies, monitor receivables, and ensure compliance across stations. You will support auditors and coordinate with regional controllers to maintain policy adherence and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in bookkeeping/finance, 5+ years in a busy sector, and proven team leadership. Experience with bookkeeping software and lending procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Bookkeeping, Company Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in a busy sector with debt/credit management experience.
• Hands-on team leadership experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience as Debt Manager or similar role is preferred.
• Proficient with bookkeeping software and lending procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support credit rating officers at stations and achieve ACP collection targets.
• Monitor aging of receivables and payables; ensure timely reporting to auditors.
• Audit billing issuance and ensure proper system release of invoices.
• Coordinate with regional controllers to maintain credit policies.
• Manage blocked/in-progress accounts and regular aging analysis.
