Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Previous floristry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design and create flower arrangements for special occasions.
• Monitor stock, order new materials, and keep records of inventory.
• Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols when using sharp tools and hazardous materials.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Ensure proper handling, processing, storage, and transport of flowers.
• Maintain updated knowledge on trends, best practices, and new varieties of flowers.
