Job summary

You will collaborate with marketing, account management, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. Strong leadership and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design or related field.
• ,
• Proven experience as an art director or similar role within an agency setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize creative campaigns and design briefs.
• Lead a team of designers and other creative professionals.
• Develop strategies for creating visuals.
• Oversee the production process from concept development through final delivery.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant brand guidelines.
• Review drafts created by designers and provide feedback on how they can be improved.
• Provide regular reports on progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients when necessary to discuss project requirements or changes.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends in order to stay ahead of the competition.
