Job summary

Avanta Works in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our project team. You will operate mobile, tower, and overhead cranes, inspect equipment, and ensure safe, efficient movement of loads on construction sites.

Responsibilities include crane operation, pre-use inspections, adherence to safety rules, communication with ground staff, routine maintenance, and keeping records to meet schedule deadlines. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be Pakistani national with valid Qatar work visa.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of crane operator experience in construction.
• Must have a valid crane operator license/certification.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently.
• Inspect cranes before use to ensure proper working condition.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures while operating cranes.
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio for safe material movement.
• Perform routine crane maintenance as needed.
