Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance or any related field.
  • A recognized accountancy or relevant financial qualification.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial consulting within the government, a private sector bidder, or another advisory firm working on PPP, project finance, outsourcing, or similar service contracts.
  • Expertise in funding and financing major projects, gained from working within government or as an adviser.
  • Excellent understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of government infrastructure and/or service contracts.
  • Experience working with financial models and government business cases or strategy deliverables.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement procedures.
  • Experience designing and building complex financial models; business case and report writing.
  • A successful track record in business development and originating new advisory business.
  • Experience working with contractual documentation for government infrastructure and/or service contracts.
  • Dedication to delivering quality results.
  • Ability to multi-task and appreciate commitments within an advisory practice.
  • Logical, methodical problem-solving skills, with lateral thinking abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of governance and risks.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills and project management capabilities.
  • Confidence to work effectively with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced technical proficiency, especially with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
