About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all the content team members (writers, translators, and publishers) and track their deliverables including press releases, circulars, speeches, brochures, and content of the Client’s digital platforms.
  • Assign tasks among all content team members and set content delivery and publishing plans to ensure that the content is delivered on time, as scheduled.
  • Review the content received by all content team members, apply the necessary editorial changes, and share it with the Client’s management for final approval before the content gets published or circulated.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities by reviewing the content on the Client’s digital platforms, checking for any technical issues, and reporting them to the concerned persons.
  • Ensure that all content team members perform their duties in a timely manner and report work status/progress, any issues, or violations to the Client’s management.
  • Propose new ideas to further enrich the content as per the set editorial guidelines.
  • Update any required content sections on the Client’s website whenever needed.
  • Follow the content management process including the Client’s review and approval.
  • Ensure that all team members are following editorial guidelines, accessibility guidelines, and any other framework, policies, or procedures.
  • Gather information from credible sources and comply with content copyrights before creating or publishing any content.
  • Follow required reporting and KPIs set by the Client.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Client.

What You’ll Need
