• Browse our app and website for content opportunities and improvements
• Work on content quality initiatives and tasks for existing and new selection
• Identify systematic and operational problems then contribute to their resolution
• Check the quality of selection received internally and externally through different moderation and quality tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement catalogue-related improvements efficiently
• Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve catalogue quality

The Magic You Bring

• Native Arabic language required
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Marketing or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in content moderation, translation, or e-commerce
• Demonstrated experience in using analytics tools and content management platforms
• Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and product discovery flows
• Ability to work on a custom schedule with flexible weekend days off
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements
• Deep understanding of product categorization and customer behavior
• Attention to detail and ability to think strategically
