Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an experienced Trading Settlements Analyst in Qatar to support invoice creation, reconciliation, and settlement processing. You will review contracts for settlements, apply tax treatment, and assist with cash forecasting and aging reporting.

• Minimum 5 years in trading settlements with leading IOCs, NOCs, or reputable trading companies.
• Month-end closings from a settlements perspective experience.
• Proficiency with CTRMs, SAP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in invoice creation, reconciliation, and settlement processing.
• Review contracts for settlement terms.
• Apply tax treatment to invoices.
• Support cash collection, aging reporting, and cash forecasting.
• Reconcile CTRM and SAP data.

Job description

The resource would primarily assist in the following areas:

• Invoice creation, reconciliation, and settlement processing
• Contract/agreement review for settlement terms
• Tax treatment application for invoices
• Cash collection, aging reporting, and cash forecasting
• Reconciliation across systems (CTRM vs SAP)
• Dispute resolution with traders/operators
• Process improvement and documentation (settlement procedures)

Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years in Trading settlements with leading IOCs (International Oil Companies), NOCs (National Oil Companies), or reputable trading companies
• Experience in month-end closing from a settlement’s perspective
• Experience working with CTRMS (Commodity Trading and Risk Management Systems), SAP, and Microsoft Office
