Job summary

EventMakers Entertainment in Doha seeks an experienced Welder to join our construction team. You will join, repair and fabricate metal parts using MIG, TIG and Stick welding techniques, reading blueprints and ensuring quality welds.

The role requires basic safety adherence, physical fitness for heavy lifting, and a valid Qatar visa with sponsorship. The position offers full-time hours and a monthly salary, with no provided accommodation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in a construction setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physically fit for lifting heavy objects if required.
• Valid work visa for Qatar with sponsorship available.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and welding process.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal segments.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welds as required.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures at all times.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
