A leading technical services company in Qatar is seeking a Construction Superintendent to supervise Coating/Painting and Insulation activities at the RLIC site. The role demands a strong background in Project Execution and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including working with major EPC contractors. Knowledge of AutoCAD and capabilities in managing both brownfield and greenfield projects are essential. This position focuses on ensuring all activities are compliant with safety protocols and project objectives.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Project Execution with a strong background in Painting/Insulation.
• Experience with major EPC Contractors and Sub-Contractors in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with construction management for large and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Coating/Painting and Insulation activities at RLIC site.
• Ensure activities are executed safely within approved project procedures.
• Oversee and manage the work of EPC-1 Contractor and Sub-Contractors.

Job Description Highlights:

• The position is located at RLIC site and is responsible and accountable for the Coating/Painting and Insulation activities to be performed by the EPC-1 Contractor and its Sub-Contractors to ensure these activities are safely executed within approved project procedures and requirements to meet Project objective that no one gets hurt.
• Technical education, vocational qualifications and / or certificates from United Kingdom, Scotland, United States or equivalent. 10 years experience in Project Execution, with a strong background in Painting/Insulation, (Cryogenic and Hot), construction, and management of large and complex brownfield field/greenfield construction activities. Experience with AutoCAD for Painting/Insulation programs. Experience with major and first tier EPC Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry. Experience with all aspects of greenfield (stick build) and brownfield.
