Avanta Works in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead site activities from planning to handover. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and contractor coordination to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Proficiency with Primavera or MS Project is preferred; English fluency is a plus. This is a full‑time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficient use of resources.
• Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans.
• Prepare reports on project progress, budget updates, and any changes in scope.
