Woopel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a contract-position role overseeing the complete construction lifecycle. The candidate will plan, coordinate and direct projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure timely, within-specifications delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Good communication with stakeholders.
• Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic preferred.
• Own visa is required.

Job Title: Construction Manager (Malayalees and Egyptians preferred) - Contract Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Rayyan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion.
