Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced coating and insulation expert to support a large-scale oil and gas project in India. The role focuses on safe, compliant execution of topsides coating and insulation works, with emphasis on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will review contractor deliverables, support risk assessments, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure progress and reporting meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences.
• 8 years of experience in large construction projects in oil & gas.
• Experience supervising coating & insulation activities.
• Knowledge of design standards, safety criteria and project execution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for coating & insulation fabrication activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during fabrication processes.
• Review contractor deliverables for compliance with standards and project docs.
• Identify progress or quality issues and propose corrective actions.
• Liaise with contractors/subcontractors to monitor progress and reporting.
• Participate in risk assessments, kick-off meetings and lessons learned.
