A high-net-worth family in Doha is seeking an experienced Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of their estate. The candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in either private estate management or luxury hospitality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. This is a permanent position with a salary range of QAR 20,000 - QAR 30,000 per month.

Charterhouse are working with a highly respected, high-net-worth family, who are seeking a Household Manager to become an integral part of their household operations, managing their private residence and household staff.

About the role

The House Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the estate, overseeing all departments including security, housekeeping, maintenance and more. Working in close collaboration with the family and their personal team, this role will be the driving force behind the smooth, discreet, and efficient management of the household.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with an understanding of the nuances involved in working with high-net-worth individuals, as well as proven experience in managing multiple departments.
