Job summary

Marine Company in Doha is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy, governance, and business operations. The role requires overseeing contracts, procurement, logistics, and business development across marine construction projects.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of Commercial Management experience, 5+ years in leadership, and strong negotiation and contract-management skills. Short-notice availability or transferable visa is a plus. Salary: QAR17,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Bilingual in Arabic & English with strong communication skills.
• Master’s degree / MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIPS, PMP, CCM or equivalent advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years in Commercial Management and minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Marine Construction, Offshore, Dredging, Oil & Gas, EPC or Heavy Civil Infrastructure preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual in Arabic & English, with excellent speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills.
• Master’s Degree / MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIPS, PMP, CCM, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in Marine Construction, Offshore, Dredging, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Heavy Civil Infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Currently / Previously working as a Commercial Manager.
• Available on a short notice period or holding a transferable visa, with the ability to join immediately / short notice.
