Job summary

Employment is seeking a Clinical Midwife in Doha, Qatar to partner with women during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods and to provide newborn care. The role requires delivering comprehensive care, counseling families, and ensuring safety according to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current Midwifery/Obstetric nursing knowledge and ability to apply basic pathophysiology in the nursing process.
• Knowledge of care based on age, appropriateness, and development needs of patients.
• Awareness and knowledge of Infection Control, Pain Management and Wound Care practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care to antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum women and neonates with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensures patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks per policy and legislation.
• Plans and prioritizes patient care ensuring nursing standards are followed and care is timely.
