Alliance Recruitment Agency in Doha seeks an accomplished CFO to lead finance for a premier healthcare provider. The role requires 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or executive capacity, and mandatory hospital finance expertise.

GCC experience is preferred. A strong foundation in IFRS, budgeting, audit, and board reporting is essential, along with strategic leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline from a recognised university.
• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Management is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or CIMA is strongly preferred.
• Additional training in healthcare finance, corporate governance, risk management or IFRS is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline from a recognised university.
• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Management is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or CIMA is strongly preferred.
• Additional training in healthcare finance, corporate governance, risk management or IFRS is advantageous.

Required Experience

• Minimum 12-15 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior executive role.
• Significant experience in hospital finance or the healthcare sector is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of revenue-cycle management, payer/insurance processes, budgeting, financial reporting, audit and internal controls.
• Experience in Qatar or the GCC region is preferred.
