Job Description

A Chef de Cuisine contributes to the creation and production of Italian menu items and manages and trains the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while controlling food costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to menu creation
  • Managing and training the kitchen team effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated environment
  • Ensuring consistency in dish quality at all times
  • Managing customer relations in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Managing work rotas to meet business needs
  • Supporting brand standards through team training and assessment
  • Controlling food costs to contribute to revenue
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have strong Sous Chef or previous Chef de Cuisine experience
