Job summary

JobCenter in Doha, Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. You will greet customers, process transactions with the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and ensure accurate receipts.

This full-time role requires English proficiency and a valid biometric passport (preferred for Indian nationals). Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cashier or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Basic math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Accept payments in cash, credit or debit cards, and issue receipts.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to supervisor.
