Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep the checkout area clean and well-stocked at all times.
