Job summary

Flyper is hiring a reliable Cashier in Doha, Qatar. The role involves handling cash transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining an orderly checkout area. You will greet customers, scan items, process payments, and keep cash controlled with accurate counting at shift changes.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Prior cashier experience is welcome but not mandatory, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays is expected.

Cashier

We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented Cashiers to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their purchases
• Scan items accurately and process payments using cash registers
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:

• Nationality preference for Indians or Africans currently residing in Qatar
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Previous cashier experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
