Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team. You will construct, repair and install wood structures and fixtures, including frameworks, doors, windows and furniture.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of carpentry experience, reads blueprints, works with hand and power tools, and can work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards. English is required; Arabic is a plus. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven carpentry experience.
• Proficient reading blueprints and drawings.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects.
• Good English communication; Arabic a plus.
• Nationality preference Indian; other nationalities welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine materials and dimensions.
• Measure and cut wood according to specifications.
• Install structures and fixtures using hand or power tools.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and standards.
• Repair or replace damaged structures as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and tools.
• Communicate with team to ensure project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
