Abroad Work in Qatar is seeking an Experienced Carpenter to join the team in Al-Rayyan. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter preferably in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to carpentry work.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy materials/tools and work at heights if required.
• Attention to detail with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to the design plans.
• Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork or furniture pieces.
• Ensure the quality of work meets the standards set by the project manager or client.
